Latest Tri-County Veterinary Service COVID-19 update

Covid-19 has caused everyone, including us, to make changes to our day to day lives to do what is best for our clients, staff, and patients. As such, we are no longer accepting walk-in visits Monday-Friday. These visits can be a very unpredictable aspect of our schedule and have increased significantly over the past year. We need to have the capability to plan our day to the best of our ability to minimize exposure risks and maintain timely appointments. We understand that your pet may have an urgent issue that needs to be seen the same day. We will do our best to accommodate urgent issues, but please call first with your concern. We will not be able to see your pet if you come in with-out an appointment, unless it is a life-threatening emergency (emergency fees will apply). This will not apply to Saturdays or tech visit (vaccines, TNT, anal gland, etc.).

At this time we are no longer allowing clients in the building, so we have implemented curbside service. This means when you arrive for your appointment or medication, just call us from the parking lot and we will get the needed information from you via phone.

We will also be postponing all non-urgent surgeries as we need to reserve all of our surgical materials for procedures that cannot wait. Thank you for your patience as we continue to make the safest changes for our staff and clients
